We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join Oriental SP Sdn Bhd and drive our steel foundation solutions across Malaysia's growing infrastructure sector. This unique role blends technical expertise with sales acumen, allowing you to become the trusted advisor for clients in major construction and development projects. You'll leverage your deep understanding of steel foundation technologies to solve complex engineering challenges while building lasting relationships with architects, contractors, and developers. As a key member of our sales team, you'll translate technical specifications into compelling value propositions, ensuring our innovative solutions meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of steel foundation solutions for infrastructure projects across Malaysia
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Collaborate with engineering teams to customize solutions for client requirements
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals, quotes, and technical documentation
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Track sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Provide post-sales technical support to ensure project implementation success
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or engineering sales
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and foundation systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical fluency
- Proven ability to build relationships with B2B clients in construction sector
- Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
