Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential commercial clients, understanding their fleet and operational needs.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations of commercial tyres and related solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide expert recommendations for appropriate tyre products and services that deliver optimal performance and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals, quotations, and tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client specifications and company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to effectively position Kit Loong's offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide post-sales support and technical assistance, troubleshooting issues and ensuring client operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, or relevant technical field) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of 3+ years as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Representative, ideally within the automotive, heavy machinery, or tyre industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of commercial tyres, vehicle mechanics, and fleet operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline effectively, and collaborate within a team environment.
  • Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (Selangor and surrounding areas).
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
