Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for potential clients
- Explain product specifications, features, and benefits to non-technical stakeholders
- Prepare customized technical proposals and documentation to support sales efforts
- Act as primary technical point of contact during pre-sales and post-sales phases
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improvement
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive product offerings
- Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve customer issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales engineering
- Strong knowledge of [relevant product category] technologies and applications
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Experience with CRM software and sales methodologies
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
