- Collaborate with sales team to identify client needs and position technical solutions
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospects

- Provide pre-sales technical support and troubleshoot client inquiries
- Train internal teams on product features and competitive advantages

- Manage technical aspects of sales cycle from qualification to closure
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 3+ years experience in technical sales or sales engineering role
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and infrastructure
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with technical/non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, networking)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
