- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory through targeted prospecting and market analysis
- Present technical product demonstrations and solutions to potential clients, showcasing value propositions
- Nurture existing customer relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and expansion of service contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions addressing client-specific needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and technical documentation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably in automation/industrial sector
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex automation systems and integration
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
