- Analyze customer requirements and present Fujitec's technical solutions as strategic answers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized product demonstrations
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals aligned with client needs
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights
- Maintain and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Facilitate product training sessions for clients and internal teams
- Track sales metrics and contribute to strategic planning initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering role
- Strong aptitude for understanding complex technical products and systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated with results-oriented mindset
