Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow existing client accounts within the Pumps & Systems sector.
- Provide on-site technical support, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting for clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to close deals and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities for expansion.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product performance in the CRM system.
- Attend industry exhibitions and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales role.
- Strong technical knowledge of pumps, valves, fluid handling systems, and industrial automation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to client sites for support and meetings as required.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
