Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct technical site surveys and identify optimal fire safety solutions based on client requirements.
- Prepare accurate technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates for fire protection systems.
- Deliver engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to ensure project feasibility and design compliance with local fire codes.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and site assessment to contract closing and handover.
- Stay updated on the latest fire safety technologies, international standards, and Philippine regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in technical sales, specifically within the fire safety or construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of fire protection systems, including detection, suppression, and alarm systems.
- Strong understanding of local fire safety codes (BFP requirements) and building regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic project management or design software.
