Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored technical solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts for prospective clients
- Perform technical evaluations and product assessments to determine suitability for client needs
- Prepare and deliver customized technical proposals and solution documentation
- Act as primary technical liaison between customers and internal product/engineering teams
- Provide pre-sales technical support including answering RFPs and resolving technical objections
- Travel to client sites and industry events to represent the company and build relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or sales engineering role
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex software/hardware solutions
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Experience with solution selling methodologies and technical proposal development
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets through technical support
