You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to presenting technical solutions and closing deals. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base in Kalimantan Selatan.
- Conduct technical product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Krisbow solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and provide tailored engineering solutions to meet specific project needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any technical inquiries.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to track performance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial, construction, or hardware sectors.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts with the ability to explain them to non-technical clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal).
