Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored metal processing solutions
- Collaborate with sales team to develop winning proposals and technical specifications
- Provide pre-sales technical support and post-sales implementation guidance
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights
- Train internal sales team on product technical features and applications
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and case studies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years in technical sales or engineering sales role
- Strong understanding of metal processing technologies and industrial equipment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical aptitude
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel across Kajang/Bangi/Serdang region
- Problem-solving mindset with customer-centric approach
