Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for marine products in assigned territory
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering team to customize solutions for client requirements
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales proposals and contract documentation
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marine Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical sales or sales engineering
- Deep understanding of marine products and industry standards
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel within Cebu and nearby regions
- Excellent problem-solving and client relationship management abilities
