- Present and demonstrate Hiwin's technical products to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits
- Analyze customer requirements and provide technical solutions tailored to their specific needs
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and overcome technical objections
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high renewal rates
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and new technologies
- Prepare technical proposals, quotes, and documentation to support sales efforts
- Provide post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve technical issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineer role
- Strong understanding of linear motion systems, automation, or mechanical components
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
