Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver compelling technical product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with sales team to develop customized solutions addressing customer requirements
- Provide pre-sales technical support including product specifications and feasibility analysis
- Conduct competitive product comparisons and market research to strengthen value propositions
- Train customers on product features and operational best practices
- Partner with R&D team to communicate customer feedback and drive product improvements
- Prepare technical documentation including proposals and solution architectures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years experience in technical sales or pre-sales engineering role
- Strong understanding of metal casting, foundry processes, and industrial equipment
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record in solution selling and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in technical software (CAD, simulation tools) and CRM systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
