Greenbay Ces is expanding our operations in Selangor, and we are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our high-performing team. As we continue to scale, we need a proactive individual who can bridge the gap between complex engineering solutions and our clients' business needs.
In this role, you will be the technical face of the company, providing expert consultation to clients while driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and sales departments to design and propose solutions that solve real-world problems. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to ensure clients understand the value of our solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and technical presentations.
- Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with the engineering team to tailor bespoke product solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends in Selangor.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management regarding business expansion targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to technical closing and after-sales support.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant discipline).
- At least 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, field engineering, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Malay.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation for client visits across Selangor.
