Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions using SMC's pneumatic and automation products.
- Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to potential and existing clients in the West Region.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D and product teams to customize solutions for complex industrial applications.
- Prepare accurate technical quotations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio through proactive outreach and networking.
- Provide after-sales technical support, including system troubleshooting and customer training.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide strategic insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics) is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales role within the manufacturing or industrial automation sector.
- Strong working knowledge of pneumatic systems, sensors, PLCs, and industrial automation controls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Self-starter with a strong customer-centric mindset and problem-solving abilities.
