Tanggung Jawab
- Present and demonstrate industrial automation solutions, including robotics, vision systems, and safety devices to potential clients
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and create customized solutions to meet client needs
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
- Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including answering client questions and addressing concerns
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure client requirements are met and solutions are properly implemented
- Prepare technical proposals, quotes, and documentation for potential clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to continuously improve sales approaches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Previous experience in technical sales or sales engineering role preferred
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, robotics, vision systems, and safety devices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to meet client needs
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for technical demonstrations and presentations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
