In this pivotal role, you will serve as the technical bridge between our engineering capabilities and our clients' needs. You will leverage your expertise to design tailored solutions, answer complex technical inquiries, and play a key role in driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical systems and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical proposals, and ensuring that our sales team has the necessary technical support to close deals effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support to the sales team during the proposal and negotiation stages.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase our electrical engineering solutions.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications and customized solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to develop innovative solutions that meet market demands.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including white papers, datasheets, and sales decks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies to provide informed recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their long-term technical needs and ensure satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuit design, and relevant industry standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and close deals.
