EPS Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to drive business growth and promote our premium QA/QC, Production Engineering, and R&D solutions to manufacturers. In this key role, you will act as a technical consultant, bridging the gap between our advanced engineering capabilities and client requirements. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, conducting technical consultations, and guiding manufacturers toward optimal production efficiency and quality assurance solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new sales opportunities within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients regarding QA/QC and Production Engineering systems.
- Analyze client production challenges and provide tailored technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D team to provide market feedback and stay updated on the latest industry innovations.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and technical specifications of our product portfolio.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure high customer retention.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and proposals to support organizational growth targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of QA/QC processes, Production Engineering methodologies, and R&D trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business development.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
