Tanggung Jawab
- Demonstrate and present John Deere tractors and agricultural equipment to potential customers, highlighting technical features and benefits
- Analyze customer needs and requirements to recommend appropriate equipment solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets
- Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal team members
- Prepare technical proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to customer specifications
- Provide after-sales support and technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new John Deere technologies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agriculture, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in agricultural equipment or machinery
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex machinery and equipment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of local agricultural practices and challenges in the Medan region
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
