Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored solutions for customer requirements
- Conduct product evaluations and prepare detailed technical proposals
- Provide pre-sales technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Analyze customer technical needs and recommend appropriate product configurations
- Train sales teams on product features and technical differentiators
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to product development teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales engineering
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical solutions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with CRM software and sales enablement tools
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical documentation
