Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial and engineering sectors.
  • Provide expert technical advice and product recommendations to clients and prospects.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to highlight value propositions.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, tenders, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure project specifications meet client requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or a related field).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial automation or cable solutions.
  • Strong understanding of technical engineering principles and ability to interpret blueprints or schematics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and travel as required.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
