Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial and engineering sectors.
- Provide expert technical advice and product recommendations to clients and prospects.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to highlight value propositions.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, tenders, and quotations.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure project specifications meet client requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial automation or cable solutions.
- Strong understanding of technical engineering principles and ability to interpret blueprints or schematics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and travel as required.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
