Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and analyze market trends to align product offerings with current industry demands.
- Create, manage, and maintain an extensive library of technical documentation and product guides.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to prospective clients and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the R&D and manufacturing teams to stay updated on product specifications and features.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts through regular technical consultations.
- Draft professional sales proposals, technical quotations, and project requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities and report on market shifts to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a technical sales, application engineering, or customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of electronic components and industrial product lifecycles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in technical writing and creating product documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Ability to travel as required to visit client sites and attend industry events.
