Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer requirements and technical needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients
- Develop and deliver customized solutions that address specific customer challenges
- Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and responses to RFPs
- Work with product development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement
- Provide pre-sales technical support including product testing and proof of concepts
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively
- Assist in the development of sales tools and training materials for the sales team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex products and systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
