Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the construction, engineering, and infrastructure sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to specific client needs and project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed sales proposals, technical quotations, and project estimates to secure new contracts.
- Participate in networking events, industry trade shows, and promotional activities to increase company visibility.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our go-to-market strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management (construction or industrial sector preferred).
- Strong understanding of project management principles and technical consulting processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites within Jakarta and surrounding areas.
