As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting technical demonstrations, providing expert-level product consultations, and collaborating with our sales team to close high-value deals. Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct high-impact technical product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for winning new business.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during the pre-sales process, including RFP/RFI responses.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring their specific operational needs are addressed.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor solution proposals that align with client goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product features to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Gather client feedback and relay it to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or solution architecture roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales presentation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • A proactive attitude towards meeting and exceeding sales targets.
