Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with Sales teams to identify client needs and architect customized payment solutions.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to C-suite and technical stakeholders.
- Act as the primary technical advisor during the RFP/RFI process to ensure accurate and competitive responses.
- Translate complex technical requirements into business-centric narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to the Product and Engineering teams based on market trends and client requirements.
- Support the seamless transition of new clients from the sales cycle to implementation/onboarding.
- Stay current on emerging payment technologies, APIs, and security standards relevant to the financial services sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a similar technical client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, payment gateways, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing technical sales cycles for large-scale enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and consultative selling.
- Experience in the FinTech or Banking industry is highly preferred.
