Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored technical recommendations that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering and product teams to ensure client feedback is integrated into service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact sales proposals, quotations, and technical contracts.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful closing and post-sales support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) or a relevant technical discipline.
- Proven experience in a technical sales, business development, or engineering support role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing sales team.
- A valid driver's license and flexibility to travel within the Metro Manila area as required.
