Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture existing sales accounts to drive long-term client retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate end-to-end project requirements, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Prepare and submit competitive tenders, ensuring all technical specifications and commercial requirements are met.
- Liaise with vendors and internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Provide technical consultation and pre-sales support to clients to address complex engineering queries.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and project progress using internal CRM tools.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in a sales or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management lifecycles.
- Proven ability to manage tenders and coordinate with external vendors effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project documentation software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
