Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients to showcase solution capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop tailored technical proposals, pricing strategies, and sales plans.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend optimal technical solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high retention rates and identify upselling opportunities.
- Monitor project progress and deliverables to ensure they align with technical specifications and client expectations.
- Provide feedback from the field to the product and engineering teams to help improve our offerings.
- Travel to client sites and industry events within the Jakarta Raya area as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales role within the IT or engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of solution selling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
