Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the general trading sector.
- Lead technical consultations with clients to understand their operational challenges and provide engineered product solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial technical requirement gathering and proposal development to final negotiation and closure.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior sales engineers and internal teams.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement managers and technical engineers at client sites.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, supply chain, and procurement) to ensure seamless delivery of products and solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the General Trading, Manufacturing, or Industrial Automation industries.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage teams and drive performance at the Assistant Manager or Manager level.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (both verbal and written) for professional communication.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage a high-pressure sales environment, and meet strict monthly deadlines.
