- Conduct comprehensive client needs analysis and technical discovery sessions
- Design and propose customized audio-visual solutions aligned with client requirements
- Deliver engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with sales team to develop winning proposals and close deals
- Provide pre-sales technical support and post-sales implementation guidance
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge across AV portfolio
- Track market trends and competitive intelligence to inform solution strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years in technical sales or pre-sales engineering role
- Strong understanding of audio-visual systems and integration principles
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with AV design software and technical documentation
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with willingness for client site visits
