Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of automotive components to prospective clients.
- Analyze customer requirements and develop customized engineering solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product development teams to refine component specifications.
- Prepare and submit accurate technical proposals and commercial quotations.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales role.
- Deep understanding of automotive parts, systems, and manufacturing processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales methodologies.
