Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the security and infrastructure automation sectors.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their operational requirements and provide tailored technical proposals.
  • Conduct professional demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery and technical scoping to final contract negotiation.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with project specifications.
  • Prepare detailed technical quotations and project cost estimates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in security systems or industrial automation.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure automation, CCTV, access control, or fire protection systems.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Indonesian.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative approach to selling.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and project site visits.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
