Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the security and infrastructure automation sectors.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their operational requirements and provide tailored technical proposals.
- Conduct professional demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery and technical scoping to final contract negotiation.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with project specifications.
- Prepare detailed technical quotations and project cost estimates.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in security systems or industrial automation.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure automation, CCTV, access control, or fire protection systems.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Indonesian.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative approach to selling.
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and project site visits.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
