In this role, you will be the bridge between our advanced robotics ecosystem and the industrial sectors in Kalimantanâincluding mining, oil & gas, and agriculture. You won't just be selling products; you will be providing technical solutions that drive operational efficiency, safety, and innovation for our clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the Halo Robotics client base in the Kalimantan region.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations, technical presentations, and site visits for prospective industrial clients.
- Provide expert technical advice and customized robotics/drone solutions tailored to specific client operational requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, engineering managers, and procurement teams.
- Identify new market opportunities and competitive trends in the regional industrial sector.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and post-sales support for deployed robotic systems.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and technical proposals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in technical sales, field engineering, or business development, preferably in industrial automation, heavy equipment, or drone technology.
- Deep understanding of drone operations, robotics hardware, and industrial software systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical specifications into business value.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Kalimantan region to meet with clients and conduct site assessments.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
