- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored technical solutions and sales strategies
- Provide detailed product expertise during client consultations and proposal development
- Address technical objections and provide solutions-based recommendations
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation and competitive analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and healthcare professionals
- Support sales objectives by identifying new opportunities and market trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales engineering
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic products or medical devices preferred
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be based in Johor Bahru with willingness to travel as required
