Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to formulate strategies that achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Provide expert technical support during pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical workshops.
- Offer comprehensive post-sales implementation support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deployment.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions and proposals.
- Conduct product training sessions for internal teams and external clients to enhance product knowledge.
- Prepare accurate technical quotations and proposals in a timely manner.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to provide competitive insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working as a Sales Engineer or in a Technical Sales role within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Penang and Malaysia for client meetings.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer relationship management (CRM).
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
