Tanggung Jawab
- Drive business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities for BMS and integrated smart building solutions within the data center sector.
- Provide expert technical guidance during the pre-sales process, including system design, scope definition, and solution architecture.
- Develop compelling technical proposals and conduct high-impact product demonstrations for consultants, end-users, and main contractors.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and project management teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and meet client specifications.
- Conduct site surveys and technical audits to identify pain points and offer value-added smart building enhancements.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and lead qualification to tender preparation and final contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, developers, and data center operators in the Selangor and greater Malaysia region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of technical sales or engineering experience, preferably in BMS, HVAC, or Data Center infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of building automation protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, OPC).
- Proven track record in managing complex technical projects or tenders within the construction or mission-critical facility sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Professional fluency in English and Malay; familiarity with local industry regulations is a significant advantage.
