- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets for building materials
- Build and maintain relationships with new clients (BUMN and private sector)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations
- Conduct product presentations and technical consultations for civil engineering clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for management review
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales of construction/building materials
- Strong network within Jakarta's construction industry (BUMN/private)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license with willingness for client site visits
- Knowledge of building material specifications and applications
