In this role, you will be the technical face of our company, providing innovative filtration solutions to clients across Malaysia.
As our Sales Engineer, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering challenges and practical industrial applications. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, providing technical consultations, and ensuring that our clients receive top-tier dust filtration equipment tailored to their operational needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial filtration sector.
- Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to potential clients regarding BWF Envirotec solutions.
- Prepare accurate technical proposals, quotations, and contracts for prospective customers.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate client needs and provide customized technical recommendations.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to resolve complex technical issues for clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental preferred).
- Proven experience in industrial sales, specifically within filtration, HVAC, or environmental engineering.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex engineering concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for client visits.
- Ability to travel within Malaysia as required by project demands.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
