Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver compelling technical product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop customized solution proposals aligned with client requirements
- Provide pre-sales technical support including product evaluations and proof-of-concept implementations
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify sales opportunities
- Train clients and internal teams on product features and technical capabilities
- Prepare technical documentation including proposals, whitepapers, and case studies
- Work closely with R&D to communicate customer feedback and product enhancement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or solutions architecture
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex software/hardware products
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
