As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our organization by understanding customer needs, demonstrating product capabilities, and providing technical solutions that meet business objectives. You'll work closely with our sales team to develop compelling proposals and technical presentations that highlight the value of our products and services.
We offer a professional work environment with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. and a business casual dress code of polo shirts, pants, and closed shoes. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Prepare technical proposals and documentation tailored to client needs
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle
- Provide post-sales technical support to ensure successful implementation
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments
- Train internal teams on product features and technical capabilities
- Collaborate with product development team to relay customer feedback and suggestions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex products and solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Filipino
