Tanggung Jawab
- Design and present technical data center solutions to enterprise clients
- Provide presales support including product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical consultations
- Develop detailed system proposals and technical documentation for sales cycles
- Collaborate with sales teams to strategize and close complex deals
- Conduct product training and technical workshops for clients and internal teams
- Perform competitive analysis and maintain technical knowledge of industry trends
- Coordinate with engineering teams to address customer requirements and resolve technical issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years experience in data center infrastructure (servers, storage, networking)
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical audiences
- Experience in presales activities including solution design and presentations
- Proficiency in cloud computing technologies and virtualization platforms
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours to accommodate client needs
