Sales Engineer - Delphix

Job Description

Private Advertiser is seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our Delphix business unit. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption of our data virtualization platform across the APAC region. As a Sales Engineer, you will collaborate with enterprise account teams to deliver technical solutions that meet client requirements, conduct proof-of-concepts, and provide pre-sales support. You will be responsible for articulating the value of Delphix technology to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to identify customer needs and design tailored solutions using Delphix technology.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospects and existing clients.
• Lead technical evaluations, including proof-of-concepts and benchmark testing.
• Architect end-to-end data management solutions that align with client infrastructure.
• Provide feedback to product management on market requirements and competitive insights.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and best practices.
• Support the sales team in responding to RFPs and technical queries.
• Collaborate with partners and system integrators to extend Delphix solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering or technical sales, preferably in data management or virtualization.
• Deep understanding of database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.), data virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Delphix or similar data platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional Asian language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across APAC as needed.
