Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze customer industrial processes to identify spray technology needs and opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solution capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized spray system proposals
- Provide post-sale technical support and ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and technical decision-makers
- Prepare technical documentation including proposals, reports, and case studies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales or engineering sales role
- Strong understanding of industrial spray technologies and applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical audiences
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business solutions
- Familiarity with industrial processes in manufacturing or chemical industries
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written)
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent travel within East Java
