- Provide comprehensive technical pre-sales support and engineering consultation to prospective clients regarding our electronic components and PWB solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities, quality, and efficiency of our specialized manufacturing processes.
- Analyze customer technical requirements and propose optimized product specifications that align with their project goals and budget.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and production teams to ensure customer specifications are accurately translated into manufacturing requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and ongoing account management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales forecasts, and market intelligence within the CRM system.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand market presence and generate high-quality leads.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales within the electronics component or PCB manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuit design, printed circuit board (PCB) technologies, and component specifications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
