Private Advertiser, a distinguished company in the elevator and escalator industry, is looking for a talented Sales Engineer to cover the vibrant regions of Cebu and Davao. This role offers a unique blend of technical challenge and commercial opportunity, allowing you to contribute to landmark projects while driving business growth.
In this position, you will be the key liaison between clients and our technical teams. Your primary mission is to understand client requirements, propose tailored solutions, and secure contracts for our range of elevator and escalator systems. You will conduct site inspections, prepare detailed quotations, and deliver compelling presentations to architects, developers, and building owners. Your ability to translate technical specifications into value propositions will be critical to your success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for elevator and escalator projects in Cebu and Davao.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to provide accurate technical proposals.
- Prepare and submit competitive quotations, bids, and tenders.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure solutions meet client specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and building owners.
- Coordinate with project management during installation and after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience in the elevator/escalator or similar capital equipment industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of elevator and escalator systems and codes.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Cebu and Davao regions.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
