In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with contractors and developers, and delivering customized elevator systems that meet project requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include prospecting and lead generation, conducting technical presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing customer support. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and developers in the construction industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to customize elevator solutions based on client needs and project specifications.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and ensure profitability.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth areas.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or elevator industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate product specifications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Davao City and surrounding areas.
