Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the welding and metal fabrication sector.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Provide technical consultation and advice on welding equipment and service solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts aligned with company pricing guidelines.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met with precision.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Entry-level candidates (fresh graduates) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Welding, or related fields) is preferred.
- Strong interest in technical sales and industrial solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
