Tanggung Jawab
- Present and demonstrate analytical instruments to prospective clients, highlighting technical specifications and applications
- Provide expert technical support including installation, calibration, and maintenance of scientific instruments
- Collaborate with sales team to develop customized solutions and drive market growth in Southeast Asia
- Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and resolve complex technical issues at client sites
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in research and industrial sectors
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and post-sales documentation
- Train clients on instrument operation and best practices
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to product development teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales or field service for analytical/scientific instruments
- Strong technical knowledge of chromatography, spectrometry, or microscopy systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Ability to travel extensively across Southeast Asia as required
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and software for instrument troubleshooting
- Certification in relevant analytical instrumentation technologies (e.g., HPLC, GC-MS) preferred
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client satisfaction goals
